Ocean Vista

A small beachside home with modern looks, style and decor. Built on a 20x30 lot. For the young couple just starting out, room for the kiddies too, with very minimal garden and landscaping. This little home is great for those that enjoy to socialise, party and generally go out on the town for their entertainment.

About Us

We are three Aussie ladies who have joined forces to create homes for Sims3. Our builds are all unique designs, some of which are based on Australian architecture and many which are simply straight from our individual (or sometimes collective) imaginations. Our homes often contain custom content which in most instances are Sims3pack files (which means they load with the home). If a home contains CC which is in package format, we will let you know where the item/s can be located should you want it for yourself. All CC we use has been sourced from reputable Creators and we have tested it in our own games to ensure it works and is safe. We also use quite a bit of Sims3 Store Content in our builds.
